devote and deepen our practice of mindfulness and meditative awareness in an empty mind. The
practice of brining mindfulness into our lives on or off the mat. The practice of living in the present
moment and a return to our self-nature.
A form of Meditation in motion. Sucharita will guide you through mindfulness breathing. With a
gentle sequence of Yoga Asanas(postures), Session will come to focus with relaxation and
mediation. By the end of your experience, you will have strong understanding of your physical and
mental balance.
